Acceptable Use & Responsibility
Beepo is a general-purpose productivity tool offered by NeedThat Studio, LLC. This page explains your responsibilities when you use it. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
You decide how to use Beepo, and you own the outcome. Beepo gives you a tool. Whether a given use is appropriate or permitted in your situation depends on rules that apply to you, and only you are in a position to know and follow them.
1. You are responsible for your use
By using Beepo, you confirm that you are permitted to use it for your intended purpose and that your use complies with all laws, contracts, terms of service, codes of conduct, honor codes, workplace policies, institutional rules, and any other obligations that apply to you. You are responsible for knowing what those rules are. We do not make that determination for you, and we are not responsible for it.
2. Verify before you rely
Beepo produces suggestions using automated systems and AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before you rely on it, submit it, or act on it. Treat Beepo as an assistant, not an authority.
3. Use your own accounts and authorization
Only use Beepo with accounts, platforms, and content you are authorized to access. Do not use it to access systems you are not permitted to use, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to circumvent security controls.
4. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use Beepo to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
- create or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content;
- harass, threaten, or harm others; or
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
5. We are not responsible for consequences
Any consequences that result from how you choose to use Beepo or its output are your sole responsibility. This includes any academic, disciplinary, professional, financial, legal, or other consequences imposed by a school, employer, institution, platform, or authority. As set out in our Terms of Service, NeedThat Studio, LLC disclaims all such responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by law, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising out of your use.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any use that we reasonably believe violates this policy or our Terms, with or without notice.
